Sustrans visit to P1

P1 enjoyed a session with Jonny from Sustrans today, especially finding out how Mike the Bike folded out and worked. Jonny helped us to warm up the muscles we use when we exercise and reminded us about the importance of wearing a helmet and high-vis vest when we were out and about. We are looking forward to him returning later in the year to help us learn more about our bikes and scooters.
