Shared Education is an important part of our life here in Portglenone Primary School. We now have a well established relationship with St Mary’s Primary School participating in the Shared Education Signature Project. All pupils, from Primary 1 to Primary 7 are involved in a wide range of curricular activities throughout the academic year. This year our Foundation Stage children are taking part in Literacy and Learning Through Play. Key Stage One children are involved in PE and the Arts, and Key Stage Two meet regularly for Literacy, ICT, PDMU and WAU sessions.

Both pupils and staff thoroughly enjoy learning together and developing friendships through the Shared Education sessions. Keep an eye on our news page for photographs and articles about some of the activities we have taken part in.
