P4/5 meeting the illustrator Paul Howard

P4/5 had the opportunity to meet Paul Howard, an illustrator, at Portglenone library as part of the celebration of World Book Day. Paul has illustrated many books including 'The Owl Who Was Afraid Of The Dark' by Jill Tomlinson. He told us about the job of an illustrator and taught us how to draw Plop the owl. He even gifted us with his drawing of Plop which we will display in school!
